Rapidaire Europress

The Europress provides an easy method of shaping and ejecting meat products into regular fibrous, nylon and other types of casings to provide a uniformed regular shape for economic slicing or other processing. All stainless steel heavy duty construction. Mould sets to suit different sizes of fibrous and other types of casing as well as netting. Pneumatically operated supplied complete with air filter, lubricator and regulator. Incorporates a high level of safety features. Right and left handed machines available. Easy operation which can be either fully automatic or alternatively part manual. Net loading nozzle as an optional mould feature. Machine fitted with four stainless steel, lockable swivel casters.
