Rose
water cookers are manufactured generally from high quality stainless
steel and provide an efficient, economic cooking methid for many
types of meat, shellfish and vegetables.
Rose
cookers can be supplied in three sizes MK IV (4 Ham), MK V (5 Ham)
and MK X (10 Ham) with options on stand, caster or tabletop models.
A
clarifying facility for producing dripping can be incorprated also
the option of ring elements (fitted underneath the cooking pan)
or grid type elements (immersed in the water).
All
models are single phase as standard but MK X ring models can be
supplied for 3-phase operation.
